Why Maintenance is important

Our maintenance department recently attended this air conditioning unit in a dental surgery. The systems are quite old, Fujitsu R22 type wall mounted 3.5kW duty. We had been asked to clean the units as the installation company had ceased trading.

Routine maintenance had not been undertaken for 3-years.
